The Super Bowl 2010 is taking place Sunday February 7th. We are about a month away from the big day and according to USA Today CBS managed to already sell out 95% of the 62 available Super Bowl 2010 ad slots.
With Pepsi dropping out of the league of Super Bowl advertisers CBS also had to find new advertisers such as HomeAway.
A 30 second ad slot at the Super Bowl 2010 broadcast sells for $2-3m. If you do the math you come up with $124-$186 million CBS makes from selling Super Bowl commercials.
It is hard to say yet which Super Bowl 2010 ad will be the most fun to watch. Doritos is still having a vote on their user generated entries. The voting starts midnight.
Just like last year, we will be featuring our Super Bowl for Geeks Guide for the Super Bowl 2010. Of course the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide is all about the Super Bowl Ads and not the game.
