Lenovo today announced the ThinkPad X100e for CES 2010 today. According to Lenovo, the ThinkPad X100e is their first professional-grade ultraportable laptop starting below $500.
The X100e also represents the first time Lenovo and AMD have collaborated to offer AMD processors on ThinkPad laptops and to leverage AMD's VisionPro branding.
Features of the ThinkPad X100e include 11.6-inch high definition display, AMD Athlon Neo single and dual core processors and Turion dual core processors CPU choices, ISO full-sized, spill-resistant keyboard, Low-light-sensitive Web camera, TrackPoint and multitouch touchpad and multiple connectivity options.
