SunBrite TV has announced a new all-weather LCD TV that is designed to be placed outdoors. The new set is called the 5510HD and has a screen measuring 55-inches. The set supports full 1080p HD resolution and has a 120Hz refresh rate.

The screen is fully enclosed to prevent water, dirt, and bugs from getting inside the case and the set can work in low and high temperatures. The contrast ratio for the screen is 4000:1. Connectivity features include four HDMI inputs, component, VGA, S-Video, composite, RF, RS232 and IR control.

The set can be fitted with an external watertight speaker module for better sound. The set will be unveiled officially at CES kicking off this week and the TV will sell for $7149.
