Intel published a video on their CES blog showing off several Atom based MIDs including UMID and one from Futjitsu. The video was taped before CES opened, I guess that is why these devices are still called MIDs. At the CES anything bigger than an iPhone and sporting a touchscreen is a Tablet or Slate.
By the way the new UMID mbook BZ Series is the next ultraportable pc from the same company that offered the UMID M1. The new mbook now features a full USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack (with an option for integrated headphone/mic), an improved keyboard - and an optical mouse has been added to complement the touchscreen. If you think you need such device, Dynamism sells it to you for $499 right during CES with BZCESP code at checkoout.
