The Super Bowl 2010 is less than a month away and the chatter about Super Bowl XLIV commercials intensifies. Cleveland.com reports that Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James might appear in a Super Bowl Ad for McDonald's.
The new Super Bowl McDonald's ad is supposed to recreate the classic McDonald's Super Bowl Ad from 1993 titled "The Showdown" (watch below). It features Larry Bird and Michael Jordan making impossible throws.
The only thing that makes me skeptical is that McDonald's is not showing up yet on Super Bowl Advertiser lists on AdAge and USA Today. CBS is supposed to be very close to having sold out all slots.

Update:
Official. McDonald's signed Lebron James

Just like last year, we will be featuring our Super Bowl for Geeks Guide for the Super Bowl 2010. Of course the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide is all about the Super Bowl Ads and not the game.
