Yesterday we mentioned in the report about the Volkswagen Super Bowl 2010 commercial that no U.S. car maker is present in the Super Bowl 2010 ad lineup. In new developments Automotive News (via AdAge) reports that Chrysler's Dodge car brand is running a 60 second Super Bowl 2010 ad.
CBS is still supposed to have open commercial slots and not all Super Bowl advertisers are known yet, but it looks like Dodge will be the only US car maker advertising in the 2010 Super Bowl. Other car brands advertising at the Super Bowl 2010 include Audi, Volkswagen, Kia, Honda and Hyundai.
The Dodge Super Bowl 2010 commercial is coming from Dodge's new agency Wieden + Kennedy.
It is not known yet which Dodge cars the Super Bowl ad will promote or if it's just a brand presentation. Most likely we will not see the Dodge Viper SRT10 (photo) in the ad, which is a pity.
Just like last year, we will be featuring our Super Bowl for Geeks Guide for the Super Bowl 2010. Of course the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide is all about the Super Bowl Ads and not the game.
You can follow the Super Bowl 2010 Advertisers in our Twitter Super Bowl List.
