The bag is designed to open 180 degrees to allow the notebook compartment to be viewed on x-ray without having to take it out of the bag. The handle also has a pass through to put it on your trolley or rolling carry on. The laptop area is also fully padded.
The bag has a removable shoulder strap and can be carried in briefcase or shoulder styles. The Taipan is available now for $89.95 and it is coated with a water repellent layer for added safety. Other pockets for more gear and other stuff are built-in as well.
