Grand theft Auto is one of the most successful game franchise around. It's also one of the more controversial game franchises with anti video game advocates using it as a reason why kids are violent today.

Rockstar has announced that GTA: Chinatown Wars is now available on the iPhone. The game app was developed specifically for the platform with a new Independence Radio station allowing players to use their own iPhone tracks for the soundtrack.

The game has a resolution of 480 x 320 and a multi touch user interface and adjusted difficulty levels. The game sells for $9.99 on the App Store making it much cheaper for iPhone and iPod touch users than the game is on other platforms.
