Toshiba has unveiled several new laptops aimed at business users including the new Tecra A11, Qosmio X500, Satellite Pro L450 and the Satellite Pro L500. The new machines are at a variety of price points and offer varying levels of performance to meet the needs of the pro user.

The Tecra A11 is a 15.6-inch machine that starts at $870 and uses a variety of new Intel processors, NVIDA discrete GPUs and more. The Qosmio X500 is a more powerful laptop with the Core i7-720QM processor and NVIDIA GTS 360M graphics. The notebook can have up to 8GB of RAM and has 500GB of storage.

The screen on the X500 is a huge 18.4-inch unit and the machine has HDMI out and a Blu-ray player. The notebook sells for $1549 and would make a great gaming notebook. Toshiba also unveiled the Satellite Pro L450 and L500 notebooks. The machines have Intel Core 2 Duo processors, Windows XP Pro or Windows 7 Pro and 15.6-inch screens. Pricing for the line starts at $529.
