Is it possible to rip off a product that doesn't technically exist yet? If so, I think this Sungworld MID might be an iTablet rip-off. Cloned in China claims that this 7" MID will have an "Apple style user interface" despite running the Android OS.

This MID will run on the ARM926 platform. It has 512 MB of RAM, a 2 GB SSD, WiFi, and support for 1080p video. It also has HDMI-out. It should launch by the end of this month (or, more realistically, next month) for a competitive price. Sungworld is the company that launched a $73 netbook last year; they're good at cheap.
