Holy cow! Who would have thought one of the most impressive details of the new iPad would be the data plans offered? While traditional laptop data plans can run $60/month, users of the iPad will be able to buy an unlimited 3G data plan for $29.99 per month. For just $14.99 per month, you can also nab a 250 mb/month data plan.
With either of those plans, you'll get free use of all AT&T WiFi hotspots. None of these plans require a contract, so you can go month-to-month and cancel any time. The iPad uses new GSM micro-SIM cards, so plans may be available for it on other carriers soon.
Update: Apple iPad is official and starts at $499.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
