Holy cow! Who would have thought one of the most impressive details of the new iPad would be the data plans offered? While traditional laptop data plans can run $60/month, users of the iPad will be able to buy an unlimited 3G data plan for $29.99 per month. For just $14.99 per month, you can also nab a 250 mb/month data plan.
With either of those plans, you'll get free use of all AT&T WiFi hotspots. None of these plans require a contract, so you can go month-to-month and cancel any time. The iPad uses new GSM micro-SIM cards, so plans may be available for it on other carriers soon.
