The Apple iPad does not feature an integrated camera, but according to AppleInsider the iPad operating system iPhone OS 3.2 is camera ready.
Apple has unveiled a line of iPad accessories and I could imagine that Apple will add a snap-on iPad webcam.

The iPhone OS 3.2 is only for the iPad right now and not an upcoming update for the iPhone device.
Earlier rumors talked about iPhone OS 4.0, but that proved to be wrong and the iPad is running iPhone OS 3.2.
MacRumors reports that the iPhone OS 3.2 also supports external displays, file sharing and universal apps. Universal apps run on the iPad and the iPhone. In iPhone OS 3.2 multitasking is still absent.
