Early January rumors surfaced that McDonald's and Six-Time NBA All-Star and 2009 MVP Lebron James are signing a deal. Now McDonald's officially confirmed that LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has agreed to a multi-year deal with McDonald's.
The relationship will kick-off with James' appearance in a remake of the iconic 1993 Super Bowl commercial "The Showdown," which is set to launch during pre-kick of Super Bowl XLIV, in Miami.
McDonald's will not advertise during the Super Bowl game, which means that they are not part of the lineup of Super Bowl 2010 advertisers.
