Shortly after Google acknowledged the Nexus One data issue, my 3G started to work again. I haven't had any issues with my phone since, but apparently that puts me in the minority. Gizmodo reports that one of their readers called T-Mo about a data issue, only to be told that the problem was occurring with all HTC devices connected to T-Mobile's network.
The actual complaint thread however, makes it clear that this is just a Nexus One issue. Almost all Nexus Ones are reported to be unable to connect to T-Mo's network. The company is currently working to fix the issue.
Personally, I've had no problems with my smartphone today. I just double-checked, and my 3G connection is still going strong. Either T-Mo got this issue fixed FAST, or I just have an exceptionally lucky phone. My Nexus One has worked almost perfectly over the last two weeks, but the sheer number of data issue complaints are hard to ignore. What gives, HTC? Google? T-Mobile?
