Seriously, take a look at that photo and tell me it doesn't look like it just got ripped out of the dashboard of a car. This new net-top from MiniPC has more than just looks going for it, though. Netbooked reports that it packs a dual-core Atom D510 processor. It has an Intel D510MO motherboard and uses just 20W of power at idle (31W in use).
This net-top has the aforementioned dual-core 1.6 GHz processor, up to 4 GB of RAM, an NM10 Express Chipset, GMA 3150 graphics, a 2.5" SATA HDD bay, gigabit LAN, 6 USB slots, VGA, eSATA and audio jacks, and HD Audio 5.1 channel. It does NOT come with an HDMI out or DVI out, which is disappointing. The ultra-low price (under $200) makes up for that, though.
While this net-top isn't the ideal media box for your fancy new HD TV, it might be perfect if you've got an older TV that you aren't quite ready to get rid of. For less than two hundred bucks, you could have a very solid home media set-up. Or, you can pair it up with a cheap $99 20" monitor and have a chea, simple kitchen/living room PC.
