A couple new notebooks from MSI have broke cover including the CX420 and the CR420. The two notebooks use Intel's new Core I series processors for 2010. MSI doesn’t get specific but odds are they mean the new Core i5 and i3 parts that dropped back at CES.
Both of the new notebooks are 14-inch models. The Cx420 gets ATI HD5470 graphics with 1GB of DDR3 RAM for the video card. Both of the notebooks also come with chicklet keyboards and a seamless touch pad. The notebooks are under 2.2kg.

A button press will change the machine between the two GPUs for performance or power savings. The CR420 is very similar to the CX420 but only has Intel HD integrated graphics. Storage is up to 500GB and the machines can have up to 4Gb of RAM. Pricing and a release date are unknown.
