NEC claims the monitor is good for 102% coverage of NTSC and 99.3% coverage of Adobe RGB color gamuts. The screen has a 38% smaller footprint than previous screens from NEC of the same size. It also features a 10-bit DisplayPort adapter and a USB hub.
The native resolution is 1920 x 1200 and the screen features a 10-bit IPS panel with a 14-bit lookup table providing for almost 1 billion colors. The contrast ration is 1000:1 and the screen also features DVI-D input. The stand I ergonomic with tilt, swivel, height-adjust, and pivot. Pricing on the screen is $1079 and it is shipping now.
