The Simpson's superbowl commercial featured a message quite relevant to the current economic struggles. Monty Burns, America's favorite sociopathic plutocrat, loses his entire fortune in a hilarious repossession/auction montage. Next up was the Doritos commercial, in which a man fakes his own death for a casket with a TV and a ton of Doritos.
Monster.com's Super Bowl commercial (featuring a furry animatronic critter playing a fiddle in a variety of places) was excellent as well. Bridgestone's commercial wins the most points from me. It featured the best use of a Killer Whale since the South Park 'Willzyx' episode.
