Chinese manufacturers are often a lot more willing to try 'weird' things and non-traditional designs with their products. Take this MI11 MID (Cloned In China) from Shenzhen-based 3GNET. This device looks like a sliding-QWERTY smartphone, but with an angled monitor and a much larger size. The MI11 features a 5” touchscreen and handwriting recognition.
We know very little about what hardware this gadget will pack. It should have either a 16 GB or 32 GB SSD, and some versions will come with WiFi and 3G. The MI11 weighs only 60 grams. No info on pricing or availability is out yet, but we'll let you know as soon as ChinaGrabber (or someone similar) starts shipping this pretty little thing stateside.
