The Liquid isn't enough (neither is the Liquid e). Acer needs some fresh blood in their smartphone line, something without an underclocked processor. Today at the Mobile World Congress, the veteran netbook/notebook manufacturer has rolled out a slew of new phones.

The neoTouch P300 and P400 (Akihabara) both run on Windows Mobile 6.5. They pack WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G connectivity. The P300 has a 3.2” WQVGA touchscreen and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. The P400 sports just a 3.2” HVGA screen.
