Sony unveiled new Cyber-shot digital still camera DSC-TX5. The Sony TX5 is the world's thinnest (less than 1-inch) and smallest certified waterproof (up to 10 feet deep) digital still camera with Optical SteadyShot image stabilization and touch operation.
Waterproof in up to 10 feet of water for an hour, the TX5 lets you take high-quality photos, including panoramic pictures, and 720p high definition videos of your friends, family or pets underwater.
The rugged TX5 is also freeze proof, shockproof and dust proof.
Other features of the Sony DSC-TX5 include 10.2MP Exmor R sensor, 10fps continuous burst, Intelligent Sweep Panorama, 25 mm equivalent wide-angle 4x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario Tessor lens, Clear Photo LCD Plus (230,400 pixel) touchscreen and Correction High Dynamic Range (HDR).
The Sony TX5 camera will be available in silver, black, pink, green, and red this April for about $350. Shop for Sony T-Series cameras on Amazon.
