Some people take their laptop gaming very, very seriously. These people may want to look into buying an Origin. The custom gaming computer company has just announced their latest model of laptop; the Eon 18. This Core i7 machine has an airbrushed case from Killer Paint, and specs hot enough to burn your eyes.
We've got an Intel Core i7 processor, DUAL GeForce GTX 285 graphics cards, an 18.4” full HD screen, up to 8 GB of DDR3 memory, and storage space for up to 3 SSDs in RAID configurations. The optical drive is a dual-layer Blu-ray disc burner, and the chassis has programmable buttons for gaming and touch-sensitive access buttons. Prices START at $2,299 and go up from there.
Sexy. And, if I'm honest, a little bit terrifying. This monster is slightly better than my desktop rig, and I didn't skimp on much.
