It's a rare netbook that can provide a quality viewing experience. The new Asus Eee PC 1005PR, unveiled today at CeBIT 2010 (via Netbooked) just might be one of those few. This revamp of the 1005HR sports an impressive HD 1366 x 768 display. Aside from the screen, this machine packs an Atom N450 processor, 1 GB of RAM, and a 250 GB HDD. It has Express Gate “Instant On” OS, which brags an 8 second boot.
You'll have a choice of a 6 cell 48Wh battery, or a 6 cell, 63Wh battery. They give nine and eleven hours of battery life, respectively. This thing would be way more interesting with a Broadcom HD decoder or Ion 2, but I guess you can't get everything.
