The micro four thirds camera system eliminates the mirror box and viewfinder that add size to DSLR cameras with interchangeable lenses. The G10 will use the new Lumix G Vario 14-42mm lens allowing for a wide range of shooting scenes from landscapes to portraits. The camera has lots of automatic modes including intelligent Auto mode.
Other features of the G190 include MEGA OIS, Intelligent ISO control, Intelligent Exposure, Night modes, and more. The G10 can record 720p HD video and has Face Detection. The camera sensor is 12.1MP and the camera uses the new Venus Engine HD II for image quality. Pricing and availability are unknown a t this time.
