The Onyx series SSDs use MLC NAND and target a price of under $100. The SSD has 32GB of storage, which isn't enough for the only drive in most computers, but will be great for a boot drive for your OS.
OCZ promises a 1.5M hour MTBF rate and covers the drive with a three-year warranty. The SSD offers read speeds of up to 125MB/s, write speeds up to 70MB/s and has 64MB of onboard cache. Not bad at all for under $100.
