Panasonic says that the Full 3D Home Theater System will be an exclusive at Best Buy Magnolia stores and the total combined price for the 3D home theater is $2899. That much loot gets you the 50-inch Viera VT20 3D plasma at $2,499 including one pair of active 3D glasses.
The other piece of the system is the Panasonic BDT300 3D Blu-ray player for $399. Additional sets of 3D glasses for Panasonic sets will be $149.95. If you have a PS3 and can wait a while, a 3D update for it is coming this summer according to rumors. The 3D TV will also be offered in 54-inch, 58-inch, and 65-inch sizes.
