Few things make me happier than solid state drive prices dropping down lower. In order to compete with other SSD manufacturers like Kingston, Onyx has just rolled out a brand new SSD with cheaper-than-dirt pricing. This drive is based on the Indilinx controller and, according to Fudzilla, is the best priced SSD in OCZ's line.
This 32 GB drive has a 64 MB cache, TRIM support, and the ability to give a maximum read speed of 125 MB/s and a write speed of 70 MB/s. The Onyx will cost $99, which makes it affordable for home PC builders. Solid state OS boot drive, anyone?
