Stop. Before you read this article, go grab your salt shaker. You're going to need it for this one. TechRadar.com reports that what could be a leaked Apple commercial has surfaced on the Internet. This commercial for the so-called iPhone HD shows off a very different device from the current iPhone.
Supposedly, this phone will have a high-powered camera and a front-facing camera. The screen is described as 'high-res' as well. The commercial is definitely of very high quality, but right now I'm still leaning very solidly on 'fake'. As neat as the iPhone HD's design is, I can't actually imagine it as a real Apple product.
There may be something in the name though. I've got a feeling that '4G' won't make it anywhere into the actual name of the next generation iPhone. The iPhone HD actually sounds like a very plausible possibility. We'll see in just a few months.
