Sceptre has just sent out a press release announcing the launch of a new 19" LED HDTV/computer monitor. This HDTV features a 2 ms response time (most have a 5 ms response time) and weighs only 7.3 lbs. It is Energy Star 3.0 compliant, and sports dual HDMI ports and a USB port. It has a 16:9 aspect ration and a contrast ratio of 4000:1.

This HDTV has built-in speakers and supports resolutions of up to 1366 x 768. The active screen size is 18.5". It is available at Wal-Mart, Sears, Target, Costco, NewEgg, Tiger Direct, and all across the Internet for an MSRP of $199.
