Looking to get a touchscreen monitor for your PC but wincing at the hundreds upon hundreds of dollars buying one will cost? If so, you may want to take a gander at this 21.5" touch-capable monitor from IDTI (via Akihabara). This monitor is HD-video capable. It supports HDMI-out and D-Sub input.
There is a downside to this device; you can only use IDTI's stylus on it. That's a pain, but the monitor only costs $300. It's worth dealing with a bit of pain for the sweet, sweet pleasure of an HD touch-capable screen.
