A leaked road-map from ati-forum.de, has surfaced. If legit, it states that AMD is working on another Thuban Phenom II X6 CPU. This new processor could end up launching in Q3 of this year. AMD will have Phenom processors working at 2.6 GHz, 2.8 GHz, and 3.0 GHz.
Fudzilla reports that the roadmap shows a nameless Phenom II X6 10xx, which may have an even higher speed. 3.2 GHz is the likely clock speed for this beastly processor, but that is unconfirmed. We know something is coming, but further details will have to wait until AMD is good enough to leak something a bit more substantial.
