App Store Is Now On Facebook

The Facebook monster gains another few tons of mass today. 9To5mac reports that the App Store page on Facebook has been upgraded to allow purchases from inside the site itself. That's right; you can buy your apps through Facebook now. This isn't hugely useful now, but imagine how much more convenient this will make the iPad.

Apple had better know what they are doing with Facebook. The social media site continues to grow by leaps and bounds and leaps again. It is also starting to form more of a closed content loop than ever, thanks to deals with content makers. This move by Apple makes Facebook even more of a 'one stop shop' for all of your Internet needs...and ties Apple into the same 'superstore family'.
