The iPad is near, and the gaming frenzy is about to begin. Smule, creators of the infamous I Am T-Pain app, have just announced the new title Magic Piano for the iPad. This game is inspired by (apparently) world-reknowned pianist Lang Lang. It allows you to turn your iPad into a piano with either a spiral or circular keyboard. There is also an app that lets you follow and pluck beams of light to strike notes.

You will be able to 'warp' in and play duets with other pianists. Magic Pianist can either continously pair you with random people, or you can pick who to play with. Magic Piano will be available only on the iPad. It will cost $2.99 (for a limited time).
