Men's Health: Come on down! You're the next publication to announce availability on the Apple iPad!
The e-magazine will be exclusive to the iPad when it enters the iTunes store tomorrow. In addition to standard, iPad-ized versions of the newsstand magazine, the editors will be pumping out digital extras exclusive to the Apple device.
The iPad app will feature slide shows, photo galleries, voiceover narrations, and other bonus content such as behind-the-scenes photo shoot videos.
"We’ve learned from our experience developing for the iPhone and iPod touch, and have taken full advantage of this new medium," said the magazine's editor-in-chief David Zinczenko.
Each issue of Men's Health on the iPad will cost $4.99, the same price as a regular version of the magazine. There is no subscription pricing available at this time.
