The screen has DisplayPort connectivity and an Ethernet connection. The resolution of the 52-inch screen is 1920 x 1080 and it has a 2000:1 contrast ratio and up to 700cd/m2 of brightness. NEC also integrates thermal protection and it has sealed design to protect against dust and grease. Other features include a DisplayPort, VGA, DVI-D, BNC, HDMI, composite, component, and S-video.
The display has an integrated IP tuner that can stream 1080p content directly to the display along with an available ATSC QAM tuner. The display will ship this month for $2,999.
