Most smartphones look fairly similar. A nice, rounded candy-bar style device built in the image of the iPhone. A few mix it up by having sliding QWERTY keyboards, and there are a few odd ducks like the Palm Pre (and, of course, Blackberries). Still, most smartphones have more design similarities than differences. The same is not true of the new MotoBlur handset that's just been spotted.
This square, sliding smartphone is said to run Android 2.1 and the MotoBlur UI. The original leaker of the rumor, DroidDog (who have removed their post) claims that the phone was spotted when the child of a Motorola employee lent it to a classmate for a math test. While that story seems a bit unbelievable, the picture is definitely real.
