Holy crap. When did Dell get so good at this? Engadget has leaked info on yet another sweet-looking mobile device. The Dell Smoke is a candybar style phone with a front-facing QWERTY keyboard and a Pixi-form factor. It will run Android Froyo (2.2) over a 2.8” QVGA display.

This phone will come at a price that “won't break the bank”, which means “budget smartphone” to my ears. It'll pack an 800 MHz Qualcomm processor, 5 MP autofocus camera, 14.4 Mbps HSPA, microSD slot (32 GB), WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, and dual-mic noise cancelling. Dell has been watching and learning over the last year and change. These are some great designs.
