Time Warner has announced that it will be launching a new 4G wireless data service for business pros in parts of Texas with other markets being rolled out in 2010. The new wireless data speed will be up to 6Mbps when in the 4G service area.
A quick look at the service areas including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and Wichita Falls TX; Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro, NC; and Honolulu and Maui, HI make I clear that Time Warner is merely reselling Sprint/Clearwire WiMax service under its own brand.
