HP and Microsoft may have let us down, but Aigo is still on the ball. They've just revealed the details behind their N700 AigoPad, one of the most impressive tablets on the horizon. The N700 runs on Android 2.1 and packs a 7” capacitive touchscreen with multitouch.

The processor is a 1 GHz ARM Cortex A9 with Tegra 2. It has 512 MB of DDR2 RAM, 4/16/32 GB storage options, WiFi, and 3G (WCDMA/EVDO/TD-SCDMA). Add in a 1.3 MP camera, a 3120 mAh battery, full 1080p display and HDMI-out, and you've got one hot little tablet.

Release date and price have not been given yet. Quite frankly, this thing can't launch soon enough.
