The processor is a 1 GHz ARM Cortex A9 with Tegra 2. It has 512 MB of DDR2 RAM, 4/16/32 GB storage options, WiFi, and 3G (WCDMA/EVDO/TD-SCDMA). Add in a 1.3 MP camera, a 3120 mAh battery, full 1080p display and HDMI-out, and you've got one hot little tablet.
Release date and price have not been given yet. Quite frankly, this thing can't launch soon enough.
