This is starting to become an unsettling pattern. Whatever Providence secured Apple against leaks in the past seems to have deserted them now. A second iPhone 4G has been sold to a journalist over in Vietnam (BGR). We don't yet know how this unit leaked out, but it was apparently purchased for $4,000.
The man who acquired the 4G has done a solid job of putting it through its paces, which you can watch in this video. He's pulled it apart and found a custom A4 processor. This unit is a 16 GB model, and it lacks the bottom-mounted screws that Gizmodo's device had. It is likely this unit is a more advanced prototype than the one Jason Chen is going to court over.
