As long as cell phones have been around there have been claims that the devices cause brain tumors because of radiation emitted by the devices. There have been numerous studies conducted and depending on who's sponsoring the study the results have been on both sides of the topic.

Some have claimed that there is a link between cell phone use and brain tumors while others have found no direct link between the two. The FDA has now announced that it has found no evidence of any correlation between cell phone use and brain tumors.

However, the FDA does say that its research is ongoing on the topic. The FDA states that after reviewing all available scientific evidence, including evidence from the WHO findings released this week, there is no increase in health risks from RF energy emitted by cell phones.
