Tomorrow morning will be a banner moment for Google, and possibly the entire Internet as well. While one I/O keynote is going on now, another is set to start at 8:30 AM PDT. Google warned its party-happy participants to be up and ready extra early for the event, as it would contain “surprise” launches they will not want to miss.
What could these surprises be? Very possibly, our first look at some Chrome OS gadgets. We may see some big changes to the Chrome browser itself as well. Google really seems to be pushing web-based apps this year. I wouldn't rule out hot new apps or, perhaps, even a web-app store either. Whatever the surprises end up being, they'll definitely be worth early consciousness tomorrow.
