Asus has just sent out a press release announcing the launch of a slew of new monitors. The Designo ML Series LED displays, the VG236 and PG 276 3D monitors, and the PA246Q professional monitor & projector will all be on display at Computex this year. The Designo MS and LS LED monitors are LED-backlit and have a 2ms gray-to-gray response time, plus Asus Splendid Video Intelligence Technology.
The 23” VG236 and 27” PG276 are both capable of displaying full 1080p HD movies and games. They work via active shutter glasses technology and brag a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2ms gray-to-gray response. There are input jacks for Dual-link DVI, YpbPr and HDMI.
The PA246Q professional display is focused around color accuracy and uses Adobe RGB color space for accurate color reproduction. It has a P-IPS panel for wider viewing and can be bought with an LED projector that weighs less than a pound. It packs plug-and-play functionality and will work with any laptop adapter as well.
