The Top Kill procedure is apparently working. If you now watch the live video stream of the oil leak you see almost nothing coming out of the leak. You get a clear picture on the machinery down on the ocean floor.

Let's hope this is sealed for good and is not breaking up again. Now the next big challenge is the clean-up of the oil spill.
BP is still cautious if the leak is closed for good. The next days will show if the seal is holding. See also this report on Business Week.
