Archos has more on the ball than budget tablets. The Archos 13 ultraportable laptop has just launched, according to SlashGear. This notebook packs a 13.3" screen, Intel dual-core Atom D510 processor, 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB HDD. It runs on Windows 7 and starts at around $481.
