Wal-Mart and Radio Shack, which have never sold any of the previous iterations of the iPhone, will be stocking the newest version when it launches later this month.
Best Buy, which was the notable retailer outside of Apple and AT&T to have the privilege of selling the iPad, will also be selling the newest iPhone.
As cool as it was that you had to sit behind someone like Greg Packer for days if you wanted one of Apple's newest gadgets in the past, it seems the company has realized the value of making its devices as available as possible.
Radio Shack will reportedly be accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 4 beginning tomorrow, and it will also have a special trade-in promotion for customers who want to upgrade from their current phone. Best Buy will also open up its pre-orders tomorrow, as will Apple and AT&T. However, Wal-Mart is not allowing its shoppers to reserve the Apple phone.
The device will officially launch on June 24th, where all the above retailers will likely be packed with fanatical shoppers. At least now they have a choice of where to go.
