OCZ Unveils New Deneva SSD Line

The Deneva units include 2.5-inch units with MLC NAND and SAS/SATA II connectivity, MLC unit with SATA II only, a SLC NAND unit with SATA II and SAS, and an eMLC unit with SATA II.
The line of SSDs promises 285MB/s read and 275MB/sec write speeds. Random 4KB writes are up to 50,000 IOPS. Pricing and availability on the new SSDs is unknown.
