Update:
iPhone 4 pre-order now available on the Apple Store

The new iPhone 4 will ship on June 26th.

Apparently in preparation for the iPhone 4 pre-order the online Apple Store is down for maintenance.

As reported besides the Apple Store and AT&T other retailers like Walmart, Best Buy and Radioshack will be selling the iPhone 4 on launch day. Engadget reports that there are some mixed signals on weather you can pre-order the new iPhone 4 today at these retailers as well.
The safe bet is to order your iPhone 4 on the Apple site or store.

T-Mobile in Germany has revealed some details about the iPhone 4 roll-out on their Twitter account. Depending on the contract the iPhone 4 starts again at 1 Euro. There will be early upgrade options for existing iPhone users that have at least a contract since 12 months. Telekom also mentions that the white iPhone 4 is not available for pre-order today. Update: AT&T is also not taking pre-orders for the white iPhone 4 according to Apple Insider.
