The iPhone 4 pre-order was not enough for Apple today. Apple also launched a whole new Apple Mac mini.
Last year the Mac mini was already seen dead. But then came an update and now we see yet another new, shiny unibody Mac mini for 2010 (as rumored).
A 1.4-inch-thin, aluminum unibody enclosure is now the new look of the compact Apple computer.
The new Mac mini is 2x the graphics performance of the previous Mac mini.
When idle the Mac mini 2010 only uses 10W. This is pretty impressive, you can just leave it switched on.
You can choose between a Mac mini with 2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo CPU, 320GB HDD and GeForce 320M starting at $699.
There is also a Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server that offers a dual 500GB HDD configuration starting at $999.
