iPhone 4 Photo and Video Samples appear in Prague

While the rest of the world struggles to get a pre-order in for an Apple iPhone 4, a guy in the Czech Republic already owns one. How is that possible? Is Apple testing in the Czech Republic?
In any case the guy has posted video and photo samples of the new 5MP camera found in the iPhone 4.
The images taken with iPhone 4 look pretty decent. i could not get the video to play on the site.

This is not the first iPhone 4 leak from the Czech Republic. At the end of May, a report appeared that confirmed the Retina resolution of the iPhone 4 with a microscope.
